Let’s Join In! Upper School Club Fair

Every year Hawthorn hosts an Upper School Club Fair. Some of us propose clubs. All of us join clubs. Teachers support us. We are enriched in expanding our knowledge, developing friendships, and seeking Truth, goodness and beauty within our clubs.

This year, we were invited to the Fair on September 25th to meet the enthusiastic leaders of twelve exciting clubs on offer. Cookies! Fairy lights! Banners! Cheers for new members! Each club had its own unique ways to encourage us to consider joining in this year. Hawthorn shows its support of our clubs in part by timetabling regular meetings, so each of us is able to sign up for at least two clubs every year. And that adds a whole lot of joy, friendship, and new learning to our lives!

Thank you to each of our intrepid classmates who have stepped up to be club leaders and to our generous faculty and staff who mentor them. Here is a small taste of the wonderful variety of Hawthorn Clubs 2025-26. What a smorgasbord! Bon appétit, Hawthorn!
