Our very own Hawthorn ‘bees’ were wished the very best in Round 2 of the Canada Super Spelling Bee which was held on Friday, March 27th at 2:30 pm in our Atrium.
Congratulations to all of our young spellers, and especially to each of the contestants, listed below, who rose to Round 2. Parents were invited to join us to see the students in action during our Spelling Bee.
Grade 1 – 3: Clara, Celine, Flora L, Orla, Carina, Brianna
Grade 4 – 6: Aria, Magdalena, Ella, Agnes, Catherine, Emma L, Juliet, Aisosa, Emma R, Avriella, Reyna
Grade 7 – 8: Skyrah, Fatima, Valentina, Katrina, Aila, Cora, Katelyn
